How it works
- Sign in and save your home's details as a private draft. Drafts are free.
- Add at least 3 photos of the home and a floor plan. iPhone photos are fine.
- Join Homejourney Pro and submit the listing. Homejourney reviews it before it goes live.
- Answer enquiries and viewing requests in the Homejourney apps.

Questions
How much does it cost?
Publishing needs Homejourney Pro: S$30.00 a month, about S$1 a day. It is charged when you join, then on the same date each month until you cancel. Saving a draft is free.
Do I need a property agent?
No. You can list a home you own, or one you are authorised to list, yourself. You confirm that before you submit it.
Can I rent out my home instead?
Yes. Choose For rent on the listing form and enter the monthly rent. The steps and the price are the same.
How long does my listing stay up?
A listing shows for 30 days after you last confirm it is still available. We email you 7 days before it stops showing, so you can renew it for another 30 days.
What happens if I cancel?
Pro runs to the end of the month you paid for. Then the listings you published on Homejourney pause and your records stay. They go live again when you rejoin. If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your card first.
Can my AI assistant prepare the listing?
Yes. Connect Homejourney to your assistant and ask it to draft your listing. It confirms the details with you and sends you back to your dashboard to add photos and submit.
