Questions
- Do I pay during the free trial?
- No. You add a card to start, and the first S$30.00 charge is on day 31. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Pro runs to the end of the month you paid for. Then your listings pause and your records stay. They go live again when you rejoin.
- What if a payment fails?
- You have 7 days to update your card before your listings pause.
- I am an agent and a landlord. Do I pay twice?
- No. One membership covers every role you hold.
- Where do I join or manage Pro?
- On the Homejourney website, under Billing in your dashboard. The apps show your membership status.
